Made the 23rd day of January, in the year Nineteen Hundred and Thirty Five,
Between
Mary L. Fraley, of the Town of LeRay, County of Jefferson and State of New York, party of the first part, and
Christopher E. Fraley, husband of the party of the first part, of the same place, party
of the second part
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar
lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, an undivided interest in and to all THAT TRACT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Champion County of Jefferson and State of New York, bounded as follows, viz: Beginning at a red cedar stake, a corner of Mr. Henry's land, from thence S. 35 1/2 |
