    LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

    I, Richard Fitzpatrick, of the Town of LeRay, in the County of Jefferson and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in manner following, that is to say:

    First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.

    Second: That I will and bequeath to Mrs. Mary Fraley my farm being of one hundred thirty-four acres, this farm being in two places, one of 104 acres, and the other of thirty acres. On condition that she (Mrs. Mary Fraley) shall pay to my sister Miss Mary Fitzpatrick the sum of Seven Hundred (700) Dollars with interest from Nov. 8th, 1922, at four percent.

    I further will to the children of Mrs. Mary Fraley, there being one boy and two girls, Five Hundred (500) dollars each, and to my sister Miss Mary Fitzpatrick the sum of Two thousand (2000) dollars; And Five Hundred Dollars each to James Dean; Clair Doxtater and Harold Doxtater; to Rev. Lewis Brissant One hundred (100) dollars; to St. Mary's Cemetery, Two Hundred (200) Dollars, they to use the interest to care for my lot in said cemetery. To St. Mary's Church in the Village of Evans Mills, Two Hundred (200) Dollars. I hereby authorize my executors to despose of by sale of what cattle and chattels on farm that belong to me and give proceeds to Jame Dean.

    Lastly, I hereby appoint Mrs. Mary Fraley and Miss Mary Fitzpatrick, executors of this my last will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

    IN WITNESS HEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my name the seventeenth day of March, in the year One thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.

    We, whose names are hereby subscribed, DO CERTIFY that on the 17th day of March, 1928, RICHARD FITZPATRICK the testator, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, declared the same to be his Last Will and Testament and requested us and each of us to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the said date, and write opposite our names our respective places of residence.

    Be it remembered, That on the 23rd day of April, 1928 at a Surrogate's Court held in and for the County of Jefferson, the within Last Will of Richard Fitz Patrick late of the town of LeRay, in said County, deceased, was upon due proof admitted to probate as a will valid to pass real and personal property.

Ralph Gosier, Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of the County of Jefferson, Do Hereby Certify, that I have compared the annexed copy of the Last Will and Testament and Certificate of Probate with the original Last Will and Testament of Richard FitzPatrick, late of the town of LeRay, in said County, deceased, and certificate of probate thereof, annexed thereto, now remaining in said Surrogate's Office, and that the same is a correct transcript therefrom, and of the whole of such original Last Will and Testament and Certificate of Probate.
