    Text Mrs. Christianna H. Webert, 80, wife of Ross F. Webert, 115 St. Mary St. died at 4:40 p.m. Sunday at Samaritan-Keep Nursing Home, where she had been a patient since April. She had been in failing health the past year.
    The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Reed and Benoit Funeral Home, Rev. John Campbell, pastor of Concordia Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Black River Cemetery.
    Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
    Contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Chapter of the Cancer Society or the Memorial Fund of the Concordia Lutheran Church.
    Surviving besides her husband are a son, Gerald L., 117 St. Mary St.; a daughter Mrs. Jack (Shirley W.) Starnes, 35 Patricia Dr., five grandchildren; a great grandchild; a sister, Mrs. Gerdine Dwyer, N. Syracuse; nieces and nephews.
    Two brothers and two sisters died before her.
    Born June 11, 1900 in Germany, daughter of John and Gardine Nicholyse Mexdorf, she came to this country to Brooklyn at the age of 13 with her mother and the following year they moved to Depauville. She was educated in Depauville schools.
    She was married to Ross F. Webert of Pamelia, Sept. 22, 1920 in Redwood.
    She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Evans Mills Rebekah Lodge, and the Greater Watertown Senior Citizens Club, and a former member of Pamelia Grange and the Depauville Order of Eastern Star.
