    Text LAFARGEVILLE - Alfred "Dutch" Webert, 74, LaFargeville, died Saturday afternoon in Edward John Noble Hospital, Alexandria Bay, where he had been a patient since July 4. He had been ill for several years.
    The funeral will be Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. John's Church. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, LaFargeville

    Calling hours are today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Frederick Brothers Funeral Home.
    Donations may be made in his name to the LaFargeville Ambulance Fund.
    Surviving are his wife, Zilpha; a son, John, Black River Road; a daughter, Mrs. Larry (Nancy) Demo, Potsdam; a brother, Lewis Webert, Watertown; two sisters; Mrs. Glenn (Dora) Brougham, LaFargeville, and Mrs. Larry (Blanche) Dunn, Bradenton, Fla.; five grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
    A brother, Harold, died before him.
    Born Oct. 2, 1907 in LaFargeville, son of Rudolph and Mary Sellman Webert, he attended LaFargeville schools. He married Zilpha Comstock of Alexandria Bay, on June 6, 1931.
    He was a stone mason and brick layer for several contractors, including Wingerath Bros., Clayton, retiring in 1971 because of ill health.
    He was a member of St. John's Church and was an honroary mem.....[remainder of artivcle was cut off]
