    Text LOCAL MARRIAGES ARE DISSOLVED
    Four Annulments and One Divorce Are Granted in Supreme Court
    Supreme Court Justice D. PAge Morehouse, in an equity term held in Oswego Thursday, granted four interlocutory decrees of annulmant and one divorce in uncontested suits brought through Attorney Arthur L. Cohen of this city.
    The divorce action was that of Robert H. Canell, Evans Mills, who is connected with the Borden company milk plant there, vs. Mrs. Jean McCabe Canell, Governeur. The parties were married in this city April 27, 1934 and separated in September, 1946. Plaintiff and defendant resided in this city for a time and there is one son, now 15, who is to remain with the defendant and for whom plaintiff is to pay $10 per week support. There was no contest of the suit.
