    Orleans Native Dies
    Utica - Walter N. Webert, 69, Utica, a native of Orleans, died Sunday at Faxton Hospital of emphysema.
    The funeral was Wednesday morning at 8:30 at the Ryczeck Funeral Home and at 9 at St. Joseph's and St. Patrick's Church. Burial was in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
    Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Elaine) Kelly, LeRoy, Mrs. Charles (Helen) Hand, Utica, Mrs. Leonard (Beatrice) DiGeronimo, East Patterson, N.J., and Mrs. Charles (Gail) Feathers, Syracuse and nine grandchildren.Two brothers, Paul and Clay, predeceased him.
    Born at Orleans, son of Anthony and Eva Webert, he married Gladys Fraley at LaFargeville in 1930 and came to Utica in 1942, where he was employed as a carpenter for the Mohawk Roofing Co. several years. He was then self-employed until his retirement in 1964.
    Mr Webert was a member of St. Patrick's Church and the local carpenter's union.
