Description:
This series consists of ship and airplane passenger and crew lists provided to the
Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) by shipmasters and airlines for
Honolulu, Hawaii between 1900 and 1959. Typical information includes the name
of the ship and shipmaster, ports of arrival and embarkation, and dates of arrival
and departure. Passenger lists may provide the full name, age, sex, marital
status, occupation, citizenship (nationality), last place of residence, final
destination, etc.
