      PARTITION SALE - SUPREME COURT. JEFFERSON COUNTY
      - Jacob Sixbury vs. Alfred Sixbury and Nancy Sizbury, his wife, et. al.
      Pursuant to an interlocutory judgement and decree of partition and sale duly made in the above entitled action on the 11th day of May, 1898 and filed and entered in Jefferson County clerks office on that day.
      I, the undersigned referee, duly appointed by said judgement and decree for that purpose will sell at public auction to the highest bidder therefor at the law offices of Walts and Pitcher, No. 2 and 5 Flower block, in the city of Watertown, Jefferson County, N.Y., on the 24th day of June, 1898, the lands and premises described in said judgement and decree and in the complaint in this action as follows:
      All that certain piece of land in the town of Leray, county of Jefferson and State of New York, and is part of lot no. 239 of the subdivision of Great Lot No. 4 of Macomb's purchase and bounded as follows, viz: On the N.W. by lands conveyed to Henry Keyver; on the S.W. by (25?) acres conveyed to Jacob Hoover, and occupied by Peter J. Hoover; on the S.E. by land of Peter Hoover, and on the N.E. by the line between No. 238, 239, containing (24?) and 79/100 acres be the same more or less.
