The 1870 census shows a Cornelia Walts living with the Biggers family as step-daughter to John Biggers, head of household. Is this "Cornelia Walts" who appears on Eva Biggers' death certificate?

Was Margaret Van Brocklin also married to a Walts, as her sister Nancy was? And if so, how many children dd she have from that marraige? Just one?
If Margaret was married to a Walts, he would most likely have come from the same family that her sister married into. Which one did she marry? When/where were they married?
Cornelia (step-daughter to John Biggers) is living with the family in 1880 census. She is 20 years old. Margaret is 48. If Cornelia is Margaeret's daughter from arevious marriage, them Margaret was previously married at 18 years old (1849).

It is also possible that Cornelia (VanBrocklin) was an illegitimate child.
