    Will of Owen Woods.

    The estate of Owen Woods, by his will, dated October 25, 1905, and filed today [Apr 16, 1906] for probate in the Supreme Court, is to be distributed as follows: The sum of $1,000 to his brother, Charles Woods; $400 to his brother Arthur Woods; $600 each to his sisters, Mrs. John McKenny and Mrs. Henry J. McDermott; $400 to his sister Mrs. Bernard Kelly, and $400 to his niece Susanna Flannagan. he sum of $500 is left to his nephew, Rev. Frank X. McKenny, for masses.The executors are directed to sell premises 1601 and 1603 12th street, and, after paying the bequests mentioned, to distribute the remainder of the proceeds among the beneficiaries. Rev. Frank X. McKenny and Henry J. McDermott are named as executors.
