      Mrs. Mildred S. Fraley, aged 47 years, wife of Milford Fraley, died at her home in Clayton Monday evening at 6:30. She had been in poor health for six months.
      Mrs. Fraley was born in Rosiere, October 9, 1876, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cornaire. In 1901 she was married in that village to Mr. Fraley and they moved to Clayton in 1905. She was a memeber of St. Mary's church.
      Besides her husband, Mrs. Fraley is survived by her mother and three daughters, Mrs. Frank Down, of Los Angeles, and the Misses Vera and Frances Fraley, of Clayton. She also leaves eight brothers and four sisters, Eugene Cornaire, of Evans Mills; Joseph, of Cape Vincent; Mildred, of Paris, N.Y., Clarence and Frank, of Rosiere; Morris, of Great Bend; Edward, of Three Mile Bay, and William, of North Syracuse; Miss Rachael Cornaire, of Watertown; Mrs. Albert Branch, of Rosiere; Miss Evelyn Corniaire, of Long Island, and Miss Leona, of Rosiere.
      The funeral was held from St. Mary's church, Clayton, Thursday morning at 9:30, Burial was made in St. Mary's cemetary.

      MILFRED FRALEY SUCCUMBS AT 77

      Clayton Resident Dies at Home After Long Illness - Rites Friday.

      Clayton, Oct. 3. - Milfred P. Frlaey, 77, of 330 James Street, died at his home at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. He had been afflicted with heart disease.
      The funeral will be Friday with a prayer service at Cummings funeral home, Clayton, at 9:30 a.m. and a requiem mass at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's church. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery. Freinds may call at the funeral home Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m.
      Mr Fraley is survived by his wife, Grace Joles Fraley; three children, Mrs. Frank (Monica) Down, Los Angeles, Calif.; Sister Mildreda (Vera Fraley) of the St. Lawrence convent, Montreal, and Mrs. Harold J. (Frances) Fergusun, Clayton; two step-daughters, Mrs. Howard (Minnie) Burn, Oswego; and Mrs. George (Henrietta) Brown, Syracuse; three brothers, Christpher, Evans Mills; Clarence, Bayonne, N.J., and Frank of Cape Vincent; and one sister, Mrs. Raymond (Mae) Constance of Rosiere.
      He was born May 29, 1879, at Rosiere, the son of Peter and Julia Adams Fraley. He was educated at Rosiere. Mr. Fraley was twice married. His first wife was MIldred Cornair, whom he wed in 1902. She died some years after the marriage. There were no children. On July 23, 1931, he married Grace Joles in St. Mary's church, Clayton.
      For 15 years Mr. Fraley operated a livery stable here. After that he worked as a carenter up until six years ago when he became ill. For the last two years he had been confined to his home.
      He was a past member of the Knights of Columbus.
