      Fifteen persons became citizens of the United States Tuesday morning in naturalization court at the Jefferson county court house. The oath of allegiance was administered
      by Supreme Court Justice Henry A. Hudson.

      with the justice department. "Those who become citizens now have a good deal of
      courage," said Justice Hudson. "It is essential if we are going to have to support
      the people of the world, we are going to have to assume the leadership of the world,"
      he said.
