    Subject: Picture of Clay Webert

I found this picture in the family album. I'm not sure if you would be
interested in it or not. I figured I would send it just in case and if it's
something you don't want, trash it.

I believe it's Clay Webert because it had Clay on the picture and Arthur had
    no other relative named Clay.

I believe I know the mother of Bert, Gertrude and the other remaining
children of John Biggers Jr. I was going to try and confirm the information
    and let you know.

      (Address:) Town of Pamelia

      Medical Certificate of Death:
Date of Death: March 23, 1906

I hereby certify, that I attended deceased from Mar. 5 1906 to Mar. 23 1906 and that death occurred on the date stated above at 3:20 pm. To the best of my knowledge and belief the cause of death was as follows:
      Chief cause: Consumption
      (duration) year
      (Signed) R. F. Dates? Bates? Gates? M.D.
      Mar 25, 1906 (Address) Brownville, N.Y.

Date of Burial: Mar. 25, 1906
      Undertaker: D. E. Guilfoyle
      Address: 39 Court St.
The name of Eva's mother "Pamelia Walts" as stated on the death certificate is incorrect. Eva Bigger's mother was Margaret VanBrocklin, who died in 1885. Cornelia Walts was the name given as Eva's mother's maiden name on the Marriage Certificate (Eva Biggers and Anthony Webert) dated January 9, 1901. The 1880 census shows a Cornelia (20 yrs old) as a step-daughter to John Biggers (head of household). It would make sense that Cornelia may have been taking care of Eva (then 10 months old) if Margaret (wife) was ill or incpacitated and unable to care for Eva.
