      In the presence of the council of the municipal committee for public
      assistance:
      Johannes Webert, unmarried, a citizen and master weaver from here requests
      and states:
      I want to marry Barbara Pfister, unmarried, from Grossthal.
      Reasons:
      1. I am released from military duty and am a citizen and master weaver here;
      2. I am responsible for the care of my father, and, because my mother is
      deceased, I need an assistant in the conduct of my trade.
      3. I will immediately receive in money and property 329 gulden, per the
      attached(?) tax letter B, from my betrothed. Accordingly, I request that the
      necessary certificates for my intention be issued and given to me.
      Certificate/testimonial:
      1. The petitioner Johann Webert is an actual citizen and master weaver here
      and has his Certificate of Discharge ....

      Bottom left:
      Because all legal documents are there, the master weaver
      Johann Webert is granted the permission to marry the unmarried Barbara
      Pfister from Gro
