      At the King of Prussia, in West End, Witney, on Tuesday the 4th day of May at Four o'clock (by order of the Trustees under the Will of the late Jeremiah Biggers, deceased.)
      Lot.1 - A spacious RESIDENCE and PREMISES; comprising sitting room and parlour, kitchen, cellar, and offices; three bed rooms and attics; warehouses, workshops, stabling, yard, and large garden, well planted with fruit trees, situate in West-end, Witney, but in the parish of Hailey, now in the occupation of Mr. Biggers. The business of a blanket manufacturer has been conducted on the premises for many years.
      Lot 2. - A Slated DWELLING HOUSE, with cellar and offices, yard, and garden, occupied by Mr. John Hawkins, also situate in West-end, Witney, and in the parish of Hailey.
      Lot 3. - Two Slated and Thatched COTTAGES, with garden to each, near the town of Witney, in the parish of Hailey, in the occupation of Ayris and Smith.
      Lot 4. - A CLOSE of PASTURE LAND, good productive dry soil, containing 2A. 1R. 34P., with the Timber thereon, occupied by Mr. Henry Rowles, at a rental of
