      This is the last will and testament of me John Biggers of Hailey in the Parish of Witney in the County of Oxford, Fuller, made this Tenth Day of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight Hundred and twenty.
      First: I order and direct all my just debts, Funeral, and testamentary expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease. I give and devise unto my friends Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early both of the Parish of Witney aforesaid Blanketweavers All those my four Cottages or tenements with the gardens and appurtenances thereto respectively belonging situate and being in Hailey aforesaid and now in the occupation of Westbury Clements Thomas Shirley and William Shirley to hold to them the said Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early their heirs and assigns for ever upon trust nevertheless to pay and apply the rents, issues, and profits thereof unto or for the use and benefit of my son William Biggers during his natural life and immediately after his decease upon trust that they, my said trustees or the survivor of them or the heirs or assigns of such survivor do and shall either entirely or separately and by public sale or private contract sell, surrender, convey and ajure the said four Cottages or tenements, gardens, and premises with their appurtenances for the best price or prices that can or may be reasonably had or gotten for the same, Which sale or sales shall be good and effectual without the concurrence or consent of any other person or persons whomsoever, And the money to arise by the sale thereof upon trust (after deducting the necessary or occasional expences attending such sale or sales) to pay share and equally devide the same unto and amongst the children of my late Daughter Mary and in case of the death of either of the said children before the decease of my said son William or before my decease then to the respective issue or representative of such of them so dying as aforesaid, such issue or representative taking his or her father, mother, or deceased's part. I also give and devise unto tha said Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early All that my Messuage Cottage or tenement wherein I now dwell with the garden and appurtenances thereto belonging. To hold to them, their heirs and assigns for ever upon trust, nevertheless, that they or the survivor of them or the heirs or assigns of such

      survivor do and shall make sale and dispose thereof in the same manner as I have directed with respect to my said four cottages or tenements so to be sold as aforesaid and stand and be possessed of the money to arise by the sale of such last mentioned messuage cottage or tenement and premises upon the trusts hereinafter expressed concerning my personal estate and effects. As to all and singular my personal Estate and Effects, moneys, securities for money, book, and other debts, household furniture, plate, linen, china, or otherwise of nature or kind whatsoever and wheresoever being at the time of my decease, I give and bequeath the same unto the said Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early upon trust that they or the survivor of them or the Executors or Administrators of such survivor do and shall immediately after my decease make sale and dispose of such part or parts thereof as may be in their nature saleable in any manner they may think proper and out of the money to arise by such sale together with the money to arise by the sale of my said messuage cottage or tenement wherein I now dwell as aforesaid with its appurtenances and ???eys I may die posesed of either out at interest or otherwise upon trust to pay share and equally divide the same unto and amongst my sons John and James and my daughters Hannah and Elizabeth to whom respectively I give and bequeath the same and in case either of my last named sons or daughters shall happen to die before my decease then I give the part or share of him or her so dying unto the issue or representative of him or her so dying, such issue or representative to take his or her father, mother, or deceased's part and I do hereby declare and direct that the receipt and receipts of my said trustees or of the survivor of them or of the heirs or assigns of such survivor shall from time to time be good and effectual to all intents and purposes whatsoever to the purchaser or purchasers of the said real estates or any part thereof with respect to the payment of so much and such part of the purchase money of and for the said premises or any part or parts thereof as in such receipt or receipts shall be expressed to be received, And that the purchaser or purchasers so paying his, her, or their purchase money as

      aforesaid shall in nowise be concerned to see to the application or non application thereof, And it is my will that neither of my said Trustees shal be answerable or accomodate but for his own Acts, Neglects, Receipts, and Defaults only Nor for any casual or involuntary loss or accident and I do hereby direct that my said Trustees their heirs, executors, and administrators shall and may pay and reimburse themselves all necessary costs, charges, and expenses which they or either of them shall or may bear be put unto or sustain in and about the execution of this my will and the trusts hereby in them reposed. And lastly i do hereby nominate and appoint the said Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early joint Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. In Witness whereof I, the said John Biggers, the testator, have, to this my last will and testament contained in three sheets of paper, set my hand and seal (to wit) my hand to the two preceding sheets and my hand and seal to this last sheet the day and year first before written.

      The writing contained in this and the two preceding sheets of paper was signed, sealed and published and declared by the above named John Biggers the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

      Jeremiah Biggers and Edward Early the Executors in this will named were sworn to the truth thereof and as usual and also that the goods, chattels, and credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the sum of four hundred and fifty pounds.

      This will was proved at Oxford on the 6th day of March in the year of our Lord 1822 Before the Reverend John Hyde, clerk, Master of Arts, Surrogate of the Reverend George Turner, Clerk, Master of Arts, Official Principal of the Reverend the Archdeacon of Oxford lawfully constituted by the oaths of Jeremiah Bigers and Edward Early, the Executors named therein named to whom Admcon was granted being just sworn duly to administer.//.
