      Comments: We have had this old picture of my great grandfather and in it is another man. A few weeks ago my great aunt sent over the same picture and this one has the name Vern Moore written on the back of it- I believe there is a Vernon Moore married to Maud Besha from Croghan so it might be him. Was wondering if you could confirm it?
      I found a birth notice for a daughter of this couple which confirmed the suspected relationship. It was published in the Journal and Republican and Loweville Times, August 17, 1922, page 6, column 4.
